SBNC Election and Referendum on Proposed SBNC Resolution Amendments
On Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 10 am at Village Hall and via Zoom, LWVS held its annual general membership information session regarding the SBNC Election and Referendum on the Proposed SBNC Resolution Amendments. SBNC Administrative Committee Election Chair Christine Weston and SBNC Vice Chair Jen Zola presented and answered questions on behalf of the SBNC Administrative Committee (AC). The LWVS Consensus Statement re December 2024 SBNC Election was transmitted to members of the SBNC Administrative Committee on Friday, February 7, 2025.
School Budget
On Monday, March 17, 2025 at 11 am at the Scarsdale Public Library and via Zoom, LWVS held its annual general membership information session regarding the preliminary proposed school budget for 2025-26. Superintendent of Schools Drew Patrick, Assistant Superintendent for Business and Facilities Andrew Lennon, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Edgar McIntosh, Assistant Superintendent for Special Education and Student Services Eric Rauschenbach, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and Leadership Development Meghan Troy, Director of Technology and Innovation, Chief Information and Data Protection Officer Jeannie Crowley, K-12 Coordinator for Digital Learning and Literacy William Yang, School Board President Suzie Hahn, School Board Vice President James C. Dugan, and Board of Education Members Leah Dembitzer and Amber Yusuf were present to answer questions. Follow these links to the:

The LWVS Consensus Statement re Preliminary Proposed 2025-26 School Budget was delivered at the Community Budget Forum on Monday, March 24, 2025.
Village Budget
On Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10 am at Village Hall and via Zoom, LWVS held its annual general membership information session regarding the Tentative Village budget for 2025-26. Village Manager Alexandra Marshall, Mayor Justin Arest, and Trustee Karen Brew presented and answered questions. Follow these links to view the:
